What BirthdayBot Does and Who Needs It
BirthdayBot is a Slack app designed to automate birthday and work anniversary celebrations for your entire team. Rather than manually tracking important dates and crafting reminder messages, BirthdayBot handles the heavy lifting by sending automated announcements to your workspace at exactly the right time. The platform coordinates sending digital cards and gifts, turning what's usually an administrative chore into an automatic, thoughtful touchpoint for employee engagement. The app pulls birthday and anniversary data from your Slack workspace and automatically posts celebratory messages when these dates arrive. Your team members can then participate in the celebrations, add their own messages, and send well-wishes without requiring any manual coordination. This approach is especially valuable for remote or distributed teams where spontaneous celebrations are difficult to organize, as well as for larger organizations where tracking employee milestones manually would quickly become unwieldy. BirthdayBot appeals to HR departments, team managers, and any company that prioritizes employee engagement and workplace culture. The tool removes administrative friction from team celebrations while ensuring no one's important milestone gets overlooked. It's designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing Slack workflows, making it accessible regardless of your company's size or structure.
BirthdayBot Pricing and Subscription Plans
BirthdayBot operates on a subscription model with multiple pricing tiers to accommodate different team sizes and budgets. The platform offers several plan levels, including a Pro plan and Business+ plan, each designed to support different scales of Slack workspaces. The exact pricing for each tier isn't prominently listed on their homepage, but the tiered approach means you can select the plan that best matches your organization's needs. Fortunately, BirthdayBot frequently runs promotions that significantly reduce the cost of their subscriptions. Other promotions target specific automation features, with savings of up to 45% available for birthday automation specifically.
